Leadership coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. A coach is a collaborative partner, not a hired expert. I'm here to help you become a better leader by drawing out the potential you already have within you. We will work together to forward progress and deepen learning in whatever area of your leadership you'd like to work on.
$150/month for 2 sessions/month

LeadershipEDU
LeadershipEDU is a joint effort between my friend and colleague, Kent Schornack, and I to create a self-guided leadership education curriculum that groups and organizations can use to grow their people as leaders. It consists of several courses focused on different topics. Each one comes with videos, assessment tools, activities, engaging stories, handouts, and a facilitator's guide.

Development Program
Over the years of studying leadership through my education, coaching ministry leaders, and my own ministry leadership experiences, I've developed a program for ministry staffs to help them develop their leadership as individuals and as a team.
By the end of the program, your team will have a stronger understanding of their identity, language and framework to discuss leadership, clearer vision for their individual work and for the team, the courage to challenge the status quo, skills to be more relational, and a strategy to lead better.
I'd love the opportunity to have a conversation with you and see if this program, a mix of discovery learning and one-on-one coaching, would be a good fit for your group. This program is designed to take place in six 3-hour sessions plus one-on-one coaching for each member of the team.
$100/hr plus $50/person
